Entrepreneurs generally have no statutory consumer right of withdrawal under the BGB consumer rules. That does not exclude other mandatory rights – in particular under the Distance Learning Protection Act (FernUSG), where it applies given the concrete training design. FernUSG classification depends on the training model, not on a mere B2B label.
For the relevant contract, the individually agreed rules on dates, cancellation, rescheduling and termination apply, where the law allows.
Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
This applies in particular to statutory rights that may arise from the concrete design of a training under FernUSG or other mandatory rules. This page does not decide whether FernUSG applies in a given case.
This website currently has no online checkout and no contract concluded through an online user interface. A paid contract, if formed, is formed by offer and acceptance in text form.
If a paid consumer contract is later concluded through an online user interface, the mandatory withdrawal rules apply, separately for digital content and for services. Where § 356a BGB applies, we will then provide the electronic withdrawal function with the legally required steps. Until then this page is not a statutory withdrawal notice for an online purchase.
An agreed reschedule may be allowed once after prior agreement.
Further or short-notice changes may cause extra effort, where this was agreed in the offer or contract.
Ending a paid contract follows the conditions in the relevant offer and contract.
Ending by email is possible unless the contract validly requires another form.
