No representative under Art. 27 GDPR is named on this website. When a representative is appointed, name and address will be stated here. No placeholder name is used.

2. Purposes of processing

We process personal data in particular for:

• handling and answering enquiries about our services;
• preparing a non-binding assessment call;
• preparing and performing a possible contract;
• managing existing contracts;
• payments and invoices;
• providing, securing and operating the website;
• storing necessary cookie and consent choices;
• web analytics and reach measurement, where consent is required and given.

Submitting the enquiry form does not conclude a contract.

3. Legal bases

Depending on the processing, we rely in particular on:

• Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, where processing is needed for pre-contractual steps at your request or to perform a contract;
• Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, where we have a legal obligation;
• Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, where processing is needed for our legitimate interests and those interests are not overridden;
• Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, where consent has been given.

The specific basis depends on the processing. For non-essential analytics cookies, § 25(1) TDDDG (consent) also applies. Storing the cookie choice may fall under § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG.

4. Data processed

The enquiry form may process in particular:

• name
• work email address
• phone number, if provided
• company
• preferred programme
• team size
• AI tools used
• whether an automation add-on (€350) was selected
• message, if provided
• referral source, if provided

The form currently has no file upload.

The calculator on the website processes the values locally in the browser. Those values are not sent to MELLEPRISE unless they are expressly submitted with a form.

Technical connection data may be processed when you visit the site, in particular IP address, date and time, browser type, operating system and technical connection data.

5. Recipients

Personal data may, where needed, be disclosed to:

• MELLEPRISE LLC;
• hosting and IT providers;
• form and communication providers;
• analytics and consent providers;
• payment and accounting providers;
• other processors.

Where required by law, processors are used under Art. 28 GDPR.

6. Form and communication provider

For sending form messages (enquiry) we currently use formsubmit.co (FormSubmit). The message goes to [email protected].

Purpose: technical transmission of the enquiry you send to MELLEPRISE.

DPA / processor contract: we do not currently have a processor agreement that we have reviewed and documented.

International transfer: form data go to the USA. We do not currently have a documented Art. 45 or Art. 46 GDPR basis that we have reviewed. We do not rely on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR as a reviewed standing transfer basis for this regular form use.

Without the required fields and the “I have read the Privacy Notice” box, the enquiry form is not sent. You can email [email protected] instead – then the enquiry does not go through FormSubmit.

7. Transfers to third countries

MELLEPRISE LLC is established in the United States of America.

Where personal data are transferred to a third country, this is done only if Chapter V GDPR is met.

Depending on the recipient, a transfer may rest on an adequacy decision under Art. 45 GDPR or appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR.

A specific transfer basis is stated only where it has actually been reviewed and documented for that recipient. For FormSubmit that is currently not the case.

8. Google Analytics

If you consent to web analytics via our consent mechanism, Google Analytics may be used.

If you choose “Essential only”, no Google Analytics tag is loaded on the course page.

If you choose “Accept all”, the Google tag may be loaded on the course page.

On the confirmation page after the form (/com/thanks.html), the Google tag is loaded so Google Ads can measure the page-load conversion.

9. Cookies and local storage

We use technically necessary cookies or similar storage where needed for the website function you request.

Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies are used only with the required consent.

The cookie / consent choice may be stored locally in the browser (key ki-kurs-cookie, values: all or essential).

With analytics consent, cookies may include: _ga (2 years), _ga_R06J7RH43M (2 years), _gcl_au (3 months).

10. WhatsApp

The website may provide a WhatsApp contact link (+49 151 6272-1298).

A connection to WhatsApp is made only when you click the link.

Later processing by WhatsApp follows that service’s privacy terms.

Using this contact option is voluntary.

11. Retention

Personal data are stored only as long as needed for the respective purpose.

Data may also be stored where legal retention applies or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

When the purpose ends, personal data are deleted unless a legal duty or other lawful basis requires further storage.
