DPA / processor contract: we do not currently have a processor agreement that we have reviewed and documented.
International transfer: form data go to the USA. We do not currently have a documented Art. 45 or Art. 46 GDPR basis that we have reviewed. We do not rely on Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR as a reviewed standing transfer basis for this regular form use.
Without the required fields and the “I have read the Privacy Notice” box, the enquiry form is not sent. You can email [email protected] instead – then the enquiry does not go through FormSubmit.
MELLEPRISE LLC is established in the United States of America.
Where personal data are transferred to a third country, this is done only if Chapter V GDPR is met.
Depending on the recipient, a transfer may rest on an adequacy decision under Art. 45 GDPR or appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR.
A specific transfer basis is stated only where it has actually been reviewed and documented for that recipient. For FormSubmit that is currently not the case.
If you consent to web analytics via our consent mechanism, Google Analytics may be used.
If you choose “Essential only”, no Google Analytics tag is loaded on the course page.
If you choose “Accept all”, the Google tag may be loaded on the course page.
